EVE JARVIS |
Eve started riding when she was ten years old
Born in London, I started riding at age ten and was at the stables from 9am to 7pm every chance I got. It was a great place to be and I had a couple of mentors who took me under their wing, trained and supported me. It was a wonderful environment to be in.
I worked my way up through Pony Club and rode to BSJA Newcomer level under the guidance of Paddy Pope. |
Eve is the backbone of organising Team Equistar
I began running yards at the age of seventeen. A little while after that I started teaching. I also worked for dealers, breaking and selling on their behalf, and had a business in horse transportation too.
Throughout all these years, I continued riding and competing, until an unfortunate injury resulted in a cervical spine fusion. |
Eve holds certificates:
Artificial Insemination Technician
Advanced Equine Reproductive Management Shortcourse
Ridden by Eve Jarvis, Team Equistar's Woodleigh Ballad (Belle) was described by Gurd as
